W/ Hildreth. Bridge out on S side of L. Olathe, so had to alter our route considerably and go out west. Felt pretty OK today in spite of the nagging left knee and right hamstring which remained about status quo. Overall pace was probably under 8, but we had to walk very slowly over the bridge due to the protruding rebar.
