W overall. Been a while since I've had one of those. Course (2nd mile) was much tougher than I knew when I signed up. Over 243' of elevation gain on the course according to Google maps, almost all of that in the 2nd mile, so I don't feel too terrible about the slow second split. Dropped my last challenger in the 2nd mile anyway, so it seems I did something right. Time was slower than I'd have liked, but I've been doing some hard workouts the last couple of weeks, and this was not an easy course. I don't know if the course difficulty was worth a minute, but I think it was definitely worth all of 30 seconds.
Garmin laps: 5:30.3, 6:02.5, 5:31.8, 0:29.5. Garmin distance spot on 3.10. Certified course.
Wyatt also raced today and finished third in the under-17 AG with a 21:03.
