Notes
nice and easy this morning. also cut it short for two reasons: had to go pick up donuts to bring in to work and wanted to rest my knee just a little more after it feeling kinda sore and "off" yesterday after the fartlek run. however, this morning it felt fine while running and feels pretty good now while I'm just sitting here, whereas yesterday it kinda felt a little painful and discombobulated all day off and on.
