with Dr. Studley. fortunately the sky stayed overcast so we didn't have to feel the direct sun. had to take a massive crap in the weeds about halfway through the run. found this run more fatiguing than I expected, but survived it anyway. Todd looked good today. Seemed stronger than I was! 79 degrees at 6:00 AM!
