Workout at Harvard Stadium with Patrick Bugbee, Neil Martin, and Evan. Target was 3 sets of 8K @ MP and 1K @ float (MP+30). It was a sneaky humid morning.

First set went fine. Float was a bit slower, mainly due to us grabbing some water. Second set also pretty solid on timing with a longer recovery while we let Neil catch up and we had more water. Final set things fell apart. First two miles were on target but mile 3 I lost contact and started feeling the miles. Mile 4 of the set I was starting to get some minor leg cramping and plantar pain. No matter how much, couldnt get back on pace.

Overall good workout and would have liked to finish strong, but still happy I did this vs the typical group run at no-man's land pace. This was hard, but it was great to do.
