Notes
Run on zero sleep. Got on a plan eat 9 PM PDT (12 AM EDT). Landed at 4:40 AM. Pretty much no sleep on the plane. Miserable. Went out for an easy AM run. Bumped into Holmes and ran about 5 miles with him. Too bad he is moving, could have been good running with him in Needham.
