Notes
Cold morning. Conditions were a little better than I had expected, but starting around the footbridge it was either hard packed snow or ice (but the ice was at least visible). Felt comfortable out there. Wasnt aiming to hammer the pace, just get out for a run. Felt good to see that my normal pace is coming back and think the past couple of weeks were hampered with being sick and just tough running conditions. Hopefully will have something in the tank for track tomorrow night.
