Taking a break from the leaf covered trails for a route on the roads through the Newton hills with Sean. As usual, pace was a bit quicker than planned but some is probably due to a tail wind for part of the run. Felt great the entire time, never really felt tired or fatigued. Need to keep building the base miles, but this was a good sign.
