Larissa invited Jake, Keefe, and myself for a hill workout this morning at Packard Ave. Her scheduled workout was planned for 2:00 hills at 6:10 pace (or effort?) at 9-10 reps. Normally I do this workout around 1:45/1:48 pace, this morning we ended up averaging closer to 1:55 or so. Goal was to run the workout with Larissa, not kill the pace so it worked out well. Was also pretty hungover, so didnt mind the more relaxed pace.
