Perfect temperature for running. A little rain shower in the middle, but nothing terrible and was actually a bit refreshing. Another run in no-man's land pace. In the next month as I move into marathon training, will try to keep the base miles close to 6:50 and then throw in some MP miles.
Still feeling a bit fatigued over the last few miles of the run. Need to start bumping up the distance of the weekend long runs to work on endurance/strength.
