Notes
SRR Long run part 2. Good group with Kieran, Sebi, Longo, Robert, John Cusick, and Zach. Pace was kept going by Sebi and Zach. On the other side of the Charles they picked up the pace and I went. Sebi broke down due to GI issues so last 7 or so were solo. Lost a bit of pace on the last 3 but wasn't going out of my way to hit it either so somewhat my fault. Felt good today. Weather was much better.
