Back to Packard Ave. Workout was a half hill, 4 full hills, another half hill, extended recovery, then 4x15 seconds on the hill all out with as much recovery as desired. Did workout with Keefe, Longo, Jake, and Alex. The full hills werent too bad of a pace, but had no leg turnover on the fast set.
