Ran out of gas on the last mile. Pushed a bit harder than I would have liked early on to hit splits from lane 2. Got soaked. Just didn't feel like I had energy in the lungs. Similar to the race where I just had nothing in the tank. Not the confidence building workout that I had hoped to have tonight..
