Annual 8 mile tempo on the Minuteman from Arlington Center. Ran with Erich, Evan, Patrick L, and a new guy Frank. My goal was around 5:49, which we were pretty spot on for the way out and I let the gets pull away from me a bit so I would try to get the feel for MP. The way back we got carried away and I went with the group rather than being conservative. Mile 8 was just taking advantage of the nice fast downhill.
