Another Newton hills tempo run. Accidentally "stopped" the workout after the tempo portion. Goal was 4 miles of warmup, 6 miles around 6:00 pace through the hills, then 5 more of cooldown. Was close to the 6:00 pace but was often just 3 seconds short at the splits. Eventually need to get these down to 5:55's.
