Smaller SRR group today (Kieran, Matt, Cusick, and me) but still a good group for some fast running Finally with some reasonable weather I felt a little better. Only 6 MP miles but that was partly due to the group not being interested in more and I also wanted to take advantage of having a crowd today. Good fun running along the river.
