Notes

Easier workout tonight hitting a few different paces. Ran with Sean, Pawlicki, Keefe, and a new guy Andy. Had set target paces of 5:35/2:36/70 for the workout. Ended up faster on all of them. Would have preferred to stick with the paces, but at the same time didnt feel like we were going too hard and sabotaging the workout.
