Goal was 5x1000, pretty standard workout. From the get-go just couldn't even come close to hitting the goal splits (3:10-3:12). Gave up partway through and just stopped the workout short. 3 races in a week and then adding in this workout was just too much. Need more recovery and delaying recovery with a workout that isn't even hitting the intended splits isn't helping my fitness.
