Notes
Another humid morning. Good group with Kieran, Pat, Isaac, new guy that Jon May sent our way (hopefully we can get him into track and with the club), Robert, Matt, Cusick, and others. Pat set a fast pace from the start then went super fast much earlier than anticipated. I tried to go tempo at that point but floundered in the heat//humidity. Failed another time at the usual spot around Western ave. Just not good weather to push. Super thirsty from this run.
