New course with COVID, so somewhat of a double loop rather than point to point. Ran with Phil for the first mile and a half before he dropped me. Next several miles went well cruising 5:31's and feeling good. Hit the hills around the halfway point and that's where the fatigue hit in. Big hills took a hit on me and Evan eventually caught me around mile 8 or 9. By mile 11 around hospital hill, he broke contact and then I just couldnt reel him back in. Should have dug in a bit more and got tougher, but it is what it is. Still, one of my better Plymouth races and think things would have stayed on target had this been a flatter course.
