Bedford Depot loop with Sean. Ended up being a pretty humid morning. Plan was to take it easy but Sean was feeling strong and led the pace the whole way. I was being pulled, just didn't have a ton of energy was feeling out of shape. It's nice getting out running with the group again, hopefully we can rally more people throughout the summer.
