Super tough course. Gave up on racing after lost contact with the leaders after 4 miles. Moved into more of a stretch goal MP. Felt ok coming into the finish since it wasn't an all out race effort but wouldn't have been much faster if I had tried with those hills. Crazy tough racing. Not sure how the top two ran so fast on those hills, major shout out to them for their training.
