Back to Boston. Rough travel yesterday evening. Flight got delayed pretty late, didnt get to sleep until close to 2:30. Plan for this morning was 9 miles, with 5 at MP. Took a bit for the legs to warm up to the MP miles but eventually they felt comfortable. Last two miles were a cooldown that felt like 7:00 effort but were much quicker, a good sign that body is feeling good. Some easy days coming up before my last double digit run this weekend before Boston.
