Good workout with Evan at the Lexington track. Targets were 2:44/2:52 and pretty much hit them all within a 1 second difference. Ones that were slow often related to trying to adjust for starting out fast or dealing with being pushed out a lane due to walkers. Was tired by the end but not overly so and could have possibly done one more pair of 800's (happy we didnt though). I would never have been able to do this one solo.
