800T, 5x400R

Notes

Tonight's workout was an 800 at interval to get the legs moving, then 5x400 at repeat with a one-lap recovery jog between each rep. Volume for the 400's were cut in half with the 26x1 relay coming up this weekend.

Ran workout with Sean, Keefe, and Joe. Amazing how much easier it was to hit the paces tonight with the group compared to going solo this past Sunday. The group sped up significantly on rep #4. I let them pull away and reeled them in at the end, but still settled with letting them finish a second to two ahead. Felt strong throughout including the final one.

Track still had some residual puddles. Lost a second or so running in lane 2/3 on the last turn to dodge the puddles/mud.
