Power Ride spin class with Heidi.
I've already forgotten the first half of the workout. Middle of class included an 18 minute time trial with a few catches. First 6 minutes were at a cadence between 90 and 95, next 5 minutes were at a cadence between 80 and 86, next 4 minutes were standing, last 3 minutes were all out at any cadence. Resistance was adjusted to whatever you could handle at the respective cadence. Killer right calf cramp during the last 3 minutes.
Closed out class with some short intervals of alternating 20 seconds hard seated / 10 seconds standing recovery.
Foot is feeling a little better walking around, but can still feel something off.
