Tonight's workout was 1600 at threshold, 1 minute rest, 800 at interval, 2 minutes rest, 400 at repeat, one lap jog. There were two sets of the above.

Goal splits were 5:30-5:35 for the 1600, 2:35 for the 800, and 71 for the 400.

Legs felt tired going into the workout, so wasnt sure what to expect. Ran with Sean, Keefe, Andy, Quintal, new guy John, and Chris Antunes. Right out of the gate we were going much faster than my goal splits. All I could do was hold on. Luckily never felt like I was going to be unable to finish the workout at the paces we were running. Felt tough, but managed to get through. Just never led any of the reps, which was fine by me.

Sean, Keefe, and Chris A then proceeded to run 2 200's after our workout. I was already feeling a little tired from the high mileage so I skipped. Would rather live to run another day than get injured tacking on fast 200's when I'm already tired.
