Needed to get in a non-run activity and didn't have the time to get out for a solid outdoor ride. Tried a new place in Wellesley for spin class. It was the complete opposite of the Training Room. This was your stereotypical class with the instructor having the microphone attached to his head and lots of middle aged women.
