Notes
After 4 weeks of racing, got back into the Thursday morning tempo. Plan was 2 warmup, 3 tempo, 1 recovery, 3 tempo, 2 recovery, 1 tempo, 1 cooldown. Didn't have a goal pace per se but would have liked something from HMP to MP. Instead couldn't even really hit MP. Still struggling with these solo tempos. It's odd, the half felt so relaxed for most of the race but this was a struggle.
