Good SRR group on the river. I would have preferred more easy miles in the middle but Antunes picked up the pace just past Mass Ave and we got rolling in the 6:30 range. Last 3 were around MP, somewhat as planned but blocked a bit by a charity 5K in the last mile. Overall felt good. Last long run of the cycle.
