Notes
Midweek medium long run through Wellesley and Newton. Still pretty tired from last night's workout so once again just kept the pace at easy steady 7:00's. Footing a bit tricky in some spots with ice, ran on the shoulder where safe to get off the sidewalks. Snow/ice probably helped to keep pace in check.
