Struggled on the last reps. Goals were 2:52. 2:48. 2:44. 2:40, 2:36, 2:32. First 3 were pretty darn close and number 4 just a hair off. Last two the wheels came off and just plateau-d. Did it solo in a light mist, but conditions werent that bad. Just couldnt grind down, still in that situation where sub 5:20 pace is not coming easy.

Dont know how to feel after this one. Came close to hitting the workout but was definitely huffing and puffing at the end and didnt feel easy. Normally it's a comfortably hard workout, but the end was a struggle and what I dont know is if I would have hit it had I run with a group. Probably could have grinded those last two reps out a bit harder.
