Goal was to get in 8 miles with half at MP. Body just isnt used to the humidity and struggled to get below 6:00. Would finally get below MP only to lose it a minute later. Ended up with not a single mile below 6:00. Given the lack of conditioning to the temps/humidity, I guess I will take it. However raises a question as to what happens if we get hot weather for Boston, my body just gets destroyed in these conditions.
