Tough run. Weather didn't seem terrible at first but temps did rise along with the humidity. I hit the bathroom at Merriam's corner to wring out my shorts and get much needed water. By the time I hit the end of Fiske Hill, I was completely drenched with some significant soggy sneakers. I had meant to bring a spare set of shoes to change into before doing my add-on but I completely forgot. I had to give up on MP today, I got 1 good mile before the heat and hills got to me. I then kept the pace in no man's land for the rest of the time.
