Notes
Workout was designed as step down sets with 2 x 1600 (1 min rest), 3 x 800 (2 min rest), and 3 x 200 (200 jog). We decided to alternate the 1600's with the 800's. I elected to skip the 200 (precaution) and instead added an extra 1600. Goals were 5:30/5:35 for the 1600s and 2:34 for the 8's. Hit all of the splits without much trouble, but was working on the 800s. Longo and Keefe led the way as usual on the interval paced reps.
Luckily no pain tonight.
