Traditional pre-marathon Lou Ristiano workout. Ran with Pat, BMc, and some new guy. Goal was 2:56, 2:52, 2:48, 2:44, 2:40, 2:36. Couldn't quite hit it, but was running in lane 2 for most of the workout due to the rain and puddles. Didn't feel as easy as I would have liked. Not the best confidence builder this time around.
