Tonight's workout was 4 sets of 2x400, 1x200 at repeat. recovery was lap jog after the 400's and 1/2 lap after the 200's with an extra 400 jog after the second set.

Ran the workout with Sean, Jake, Longo, Todd, and a few others. Big group tonight and we all finished close together which was nice. Targets for me were 71 for the 4's and 35 for the 2's. Pretty much hit them as planned, but got burned each time by Jake and Sean, and especially on the last few when Longo was cranking.

I just didn't have that kick like I used to have, I would dig down and it just wasn't there tonight.
