Annual course long run. Great group for the run this year, solid pack of 10 for quite a bit. Threw in tempo leading into lower falls and Isaac came with me. Hard effort through heartbreak. Happy with the pacing, but aided by a few traffic light stops, some of which gave 30+ seconds of rest.
