Why do I run:
I enjoy it. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and it keeps me sane. I can't imagine anything being more therapeutic. I honestly think it makes me a better person (wow, that's corny). |
Why I started running:
I started running when I was 24 to lose weight. I am about 55 pounds lighter now. |
