Thought about running long and easy, but instead decided to tackle the Powerline Trail. Lots of climbing, and the downhills weren't terribly fast. Between the climbing and the sun/heat, I started to really get tired the second half. A couple of the second-half miles were mostly uphill, which is why they were slower, but the last two and a half were on the flat Sammamish River Trail, and I still couldn't run any faster. Good workout.
