Notes

Rough run. Was supposed to be 5-7 miles easy and comfortable. Started off that way, but I could tell my legs were heavy, so I planned to only go 5. After about 3.5 or so, the wheels started to come off. Legs got heavier, tendon on the upper inside of my left leg started to get tight and ache a little. Couldn't generate any power on the push off of my stride, and felt my overall form slip a lot. Tried to focus on maintaining good arm swing and leg turnover, but my legs were just so heavy that it was difficult to maintain.

Had a good stretch session right after the run which helps. Will stretch again later today, and possibly take an Epsom salt bath.
