Notes

Went for a lovely run on the treadmill - tweren't the best run for me so it was really just an exercise in remaining uncomfortable. But I was pleased with myself and I tied the fastest woman for distance!

3 weeks ago I ran a better race and I was in less shape. Which hints at my overtraining... But I am resolved to have another easy week and then get back after it.
