Ran today because the trainers keep telling me nothing seems to be wrong and it's fine to run as I feel. Rolled out/biked for a few minutes before to loosen up, and started off with the team (it was great to run with them for a little bit anyway!) and turned around early. There was a little pain present the whole time, not bad at first (though according to a couple of the girls I was limping) then it started aching a little more after 2.5 miles or so. Rolled out and did an ice bath when I got back, the ice bath helped a lot I think. Really want to be back to running normally:/
