Run to canal, 2 mile tempo, run to track, 2 x K (3min rest), 2 x 200 (1 min rest), 1 mile cooldown
K's were 4:02, 4:08 and 200's were :38, :39
Felt good, no pain, stomach felt off though and breathing was difficult. Kind of tired after the short tempo too, but overall good to get back to it!
