Weird fartlek today, we were each given a number and we were supposed to just start tempo-ing for as long as we wanted when it was our turn, not announcing when we were starting/stopping. Sarah took it out for almost 3 minutes hard, and her hard pace is way faster than mine so I was kinda dead for the rest of the run, after like 10 people I fell back a lot...not sure exactly how far we ran. I didn't like this workout, we were too spread out and it was frustrating
