1000x2 (3:59, 3:57), 800x3 (3:01, 3:07, 3:05), 400x3 (1:24, 1:25, 1:25)
The k's felt fine, not too fast. 800's were faster, couldn't keep the pace of the first one. The 400's were rough, for each of them I started wheezing on the last straight-away and not breathing right. Legs felt okay, just glutes and lower calfs are sore. Didn't feel great, but it wasn't bad
