Notes

6x800 with 2min rest, then 10 min rest and 4x400 with 1:15 rest. Splits: 3:10, 3:27, 3:31, 3:31, 3:29, 3:30 and 1:50, 1:47, 1:44, 1:41. Coach originally told me to run 3:50 for the 800's lol and 1:50 for the 400's, but even the 3:30's felt slow, could've gone faster especially on the track. They got progressively harder but definitely doable, I focused on staying consistent. All felt good and strong, just the last lap of the 800's I felt like crap. Anyway, overall pretty happy with today, though I know I can run faster.
