Last part of the workout, an all-out 800. Used spikes for this one, felt weird since I've never used spikes on a track before. But coach made us take our watches off for this one, which made it harder. First lap felt good, then I had trouble breathing on the whole second lap. I could've run this faster if it wasn't the last part of the workout too - but it was fun to push myself when I was tired! Yay
