3 x 1mi with a 75sec break in between. Was on concrete, so much faster than my other workouts have been. Splits: 6:49, 7:02, 7:08. First mile felt really good and strong, second was harder but still strong, last one was hard mentally/physically. I was still tight from yesterday, and I need to work on consistency with my speed. But overall I'm okay with how it went.
