PR by over a minute from last time, yay! Felt good pushing myself! Came through the first mile at 6:08 (also a PR for me for 1600), tried to keep a good pace and stay with Morgan as long as I could. Hung on to her for the first 8 or 9 laps, then just did my best from there. Really pushed myself, working on getting more competitive while I'm racing. Legs felt fine going into it, since we've had easy runs the past few days. Overall happy with this race!
